When people ask me who I am and how I work, I often tell them a story about a salmon. A salmon has a very strong drive to reach its ultimate goal. Of course there will be obstacles such as the current and the cascade. There will be hunters such as bears or birds, but that does not prevent him from trying to reach his destination.When bystanders see the battle of the Salmons, they probably think twice to change places. "Why make every effort?", "Let's go downstream, it's much easier!" When I see the salmon struggle, I want to dive up next to him! Like the battle of the Salmons with the elements, I believe that sustainable quality in every situation is only achieved through serious involvement in the challenges ahead.
